Welcome to Rose De Desert (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order through our website (www.rosededesert.com), by phone, WhatsApp, social media, or in-store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ordering with Rose De Desert

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Rose De Desert.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

2. Changes to Your Order

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes such as:

  • Delivery address

  • Recipient details

  • Delivery date or time

  • Card message

must be requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Once an order has entered the preparation or delivery stage, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Deliveries

3.1 Delivery Areas

Rose De Desert provides flower delivery throughout Qatar.

Free delivery is available on orders above QAR 200. Delivery charges may apply to smaller orders depending on the delivery location.

3.2 Delivery Times

Requested delivery times are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Public holidays

  • High-demand periods

  • Unexpected operational delays

We will always do our best to deliver your order on time.

3.3 Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct recipient name

  • Mobile number

  • Complete delivery address

  • Building/Villa number

  • Area and street information

  • Any delivery instructions

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delayed delivery or additional delivery charges.

3.4 Recipient Unavailable

If the recipient cannot be reached:

  • Our driver will attempt to contact the recipient.

  • If delivery cannot be completed, we may leave the order in a safe place (where appropriate), with a receptionist/security, or return it to our shop.

  • Re-delivery may be subject to an additional delivery fee.

3.5 Special Delivery Instructions

We will make every reasonable effort to follow customer instructions.

However, Rose De Desert cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control once the order has been successfully delivered.

4. Product Availability

Fresh flowers are seasonal.

Occasionally certain flowers, colors, plants, chocolates, gift boxes, or accessories may be unavailable.

If this happens, Rose De Desert reserves the right to substitute products with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, quality, and color theme of the arrangement.

5. Freshness Guarantee

We carefully prepare every arrangement using fresh flowers sourced from trusted suppliers.

To maximize flower life, customers should:

  • Keep flowers in clean water.

  • Avoid direct sunlight and heat.

  • Trim stems every few days.

  • Replace water regularly.

Because flowers are natural products, lifespan may vary depending on the flower variety and care provided.

6. Personalized Message Cards

Customers may include a complimentary message card with their order.

Please ensure your message is correct before submitting your order.

Rose De Desert is not responsible for spelling or wording errors entered by customers.

7. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Promotional prices are valid only during the advertised promotion period.

8. Payment

We accept the payment methods available on our website.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation unless Cash on Delivery is offered for eligible orders.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins.

Once flowers have been arranged, personalized items prepared, or the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • Product unavailable

  • Duplicate payment

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Damaged product upon delivery

Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs where applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Customized products and personalized gifts are generally non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.

11. Promotional Offers

Promotional codes:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash

  • may have expiry dates

  • may be limited to one use per customer

  • cannot usually be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise

Rose De Desert reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

12. Holiday & Peak Season Orders

During busy periods including:

  • Valentine’s Day

  • Mother’s Day

  • Eid

  • Ramadan

  • National Day

  • Graduation Season

  • Wedding Season

delivery times may vary due to increased demand.

Certain products may also be substituted with similar flowers of equal value when necessary.

13. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

Rose De Desert is not responsible for unauthorized use of customer accounts.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for processing orders, customer support, and improving our services.

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where necessary to complete deliveries or comply with legal requirements.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Logos

  • Product photographs

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Images

belongs to Rose De Desert and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

Rose De Desert shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Traffic disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Public emergencies

  • Technical failures

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased order.
